Lets continue about early spring flowers. In word, about snowdrops.
For many people snowdrops are associated with blue flowers. But the real snowdrops (genus Galanthus), which grow on Caucasus in Russia and on Carpathians in Ukraine, are white. So what a plant in our middle zone name a blue snowdrop? It is Liverleaf (Hepatica nobilis) from Family of buttercups (Ranunculaceae)
And new images of Cowslip (Primula veris).
New page is devoted to Lungwort (Pulmonaria obscura).
On photo of Lungwort you can see butterfly. Anticipating the questions I write about Green-veined White (Pieris napi).
That is all. See you later.
Yours sincerely C. Sidorov
