Commercial organizations which operate under the Decree of the President of the
According to the Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of June 12, 2008 No. 322 the pricing rules specified in the Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of May 19, 1999 No. 285 are not applied to commercial organizations (including those with foreign investments), which operate under the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of January 28, 2008 No. 1.
The Government of the Republic of Belarus adopted the Regulations on centers of entrepreneurship support in the Republic of Belarus
The Regulations adopted by the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 9, 2008 No. 825 lay legal grounds for establishing centers of entrepreneurship support to be registered by the Ministry of Economy. The principal aim of such center is to assist small business in its activity, in particular, the centers of entrepreneurship support may consult small business on financing, HR, marketing, organizational and other related matters.
