The Government of the Republic of Belarus adopted a new version of the Regulations on registration of the insured under the compulsory insurance against accidents at workplace and occupational diseases

The Regulations, adopted by the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 31, 2008 No. 783, establish the order of registration of the insured under the compulsory insurance against accidents at workplace and occupational diseases in the Belarusian Republican Unitary Insurance Enterprise Belgosstrakh; determine persons, which are recognized as the insured under the above kind of compulsory insurance contracts, and specify the data the insured shall submit to accomplish the registration procedure.

The Government of the Republic of Belarus adopted the Regulations, establishing the order of exercising control over the international automobile transportation on the territory of the Republic of Belarus

The Regulations, adopted by the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 30, 2008 No. 776, establish forms and purposes of control over the international automobile transportation, the order of exercising such control, and specify rights and duties of controlling officials. The Regulations become effective on 1 July 2008.
