The President of the Republic of Belarus provided exemptions from customs duties

The President of the Republic of Belarus provided exemptions from customs duties for goods imported into the territory of the Republic of Belarus within the framework of international legal assistance in criminal matters in order to maintain international cooperation in the above sphere. The provision was enacted by the Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of May 13, 2008 No. 256, and shall be applied on the reciprocity basis.
