New Regulations for Customs Bodies Systems Functioning

The President of the Republic of Belarus approved, by the Edict No. 228 of 21 April 2008, new regulations laying down legal grounds for functioning of customs bodies system in Belarus. In particular, the Edict approved Regulations on State Customs Committed of the Republic of Belarus, and Regulations on Order and Conditions of Service in Customs Bodies.

The Edict enters into force on the day of its official publication.
