In particular, the Decision has determined volume of investments into main capital in 2008, target figures for ministries and other central bodies of state administration, as well as for administrations of free economic zones, on attracting foreign investments to finance investment projects and has specified most important investments projects to be realized in 2008. Customs Duties on Textile Articles Being Imported to Belarus Established The Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 68 of 8 January 2008 established the rates of customs duties on textile articles originating in European Union countries, the Republic of Turkey, the Swiss Confederation and the Principality of Lichtenstein, being imported to the customs territory of Belarus. The customs duty rates cover some goods of headings 50015007, 51015113, 52045212, 53035311, 54075408, 55125516, 56015609, 57015705, 58015811, 59015911, 60016006; 6101-6117, 62016217, 63016310 of the Commodity Nomenclature for External Economic Activity of the Republic of Belarus and will be effective till 1 January 2009.
