New Regulations on Sending Children for Education and Medical Treatment Abroad Approved

The Government of the Republic of Belarus approved, by Decision No. 33 of 15 January 2008, Regulations on order of sending minors for education in institutions of foreign states and Regulations on order of sending orphan children and children without parental care for treatment in healthcare institutions of foreign states. The documents are designed to prevent cases of trafficking in human beings involving children.

The Decision enters in 10 days after its official publication.
