Legislation on goods subject to trading at commodity exchanges amended

The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus amended, by the Decision of the Council of Minister of the Republic of Belarus of September 20, 2007 No. 1195, the list of goods the selling of which shall be carried out only by conclusion of transactions at the exchange trading of the open joint stock company Belarusian universal goods exchange. The changes concern particle boards and similar boards of wood (e.g., oriented strand boards, waferboards) or other ligneous materials, whether or not impregnated with resins or other organic binding substance, except for surfaced with melamine-resin impregnated paper or with decorative laminated plastic (heading 4410 of the Commodity Nomenclature for the Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Belarus). The Decision enters into force on the day of official publication.
