The President of the Republic of Belarus changed the system of domicile and stay registration
According to the Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of September 7, 2007 No. 413 changing the existing system of domicile and stay registration, permanent residence registration shall be obligatory for a citizen. The Edict has also established the common registration procedure for citizens, foreigners and stateless persons. The Edict enters into force on the 1st of January 2008.
Procedure of determining customs value of goods inevitably produced while obtaining processed products established
The Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of September 4, 2007 No. 399 approved the procedure of determination of customs value of goods inevitably produced while obtaining processed products for the purposes of placing the goods under different customs regime. The Edict enters into force on the day of official publication.
