New Law on automobile transport and automobile carriage approved

On 14 August 2007 the President of the Republic of Belarus signed the Law On Automobile Transport and Automobile Carriage. The Law lays down legal grounds for performing carriage of passengers and goods, both domestic and international, and does not require licensing of automobile carriage of passengers and goods. The Law enters into force from 1 July 2008.
