   Export of sugar to the Russian Federation is subject to licensing 

   The Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 1012
of August 10, 2007 has established that the export of sugar to the Russian Federation
may be carried out only on the basis of special licenses of the Ministry of Commerce
obtained in the established order. The Decision is effective till December 31,
2008.
