New Customs Code of the Republic of Belarus entered into force on the 1st of July
The new Code includes progressive methods of arranging transit cargo and simplified customs procedures. It prescribes rights and responsibilities of customs staff and economic entities, as well as approves the exhaustive list of documents to be produced while crossing the board. The Code has fixed an absolutely new principle of declaring electronic one.
