Some aspects of in- and outpayment of monetary funds for international money transfer (postal, electronic) specified

According to the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus No. 707/11 of May 30, 2007 the funds to be transferred abroad for socially significant payments may be paid in in Belarusian rubles. The inpayment of money for other outgoing international transfers may be performed by individuals in Belarusian rubles and (or) in foreign currency used for settlements with the postal administration of the destination country.

The outpayment of funds being transferred to Belarus is realized in Belarusian rubles at the official rate established by the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus.

State Customs Committee changed  requirements for the completion of cargo customs declaration forms

The Decision of the State Custom Committee of the Republic of Belarus No. 39  of May 11, 2007 has amended several legal acts concerning the procedure for the completion of customs cargo declaration forms. The decision approved obligatory data to be included in the cargo customs declaration form for the description of the goods being moved through the customs border of Belarus. These amendments enter into force from the day of the official publication of the decision and will be effective till July 1, 2007.
