   Rules for participation of foreign entities in public procurement tenders
explained 
   The Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 11
April, 2007 No 467 envisages that, if the rules of treaties of the Republic of
Belarus provide for mutual equal access to tenders, foreign suppliers from countries
which are parties to such treaties participate in public procurement tenders
on the same terms as Belarusian suppliers.
