Several measures aimed at increasing investments in the main capital have been approved by the Decision of the Council of Ministries of the Republic of Belarus of March 31, 2007 No 415 On investment activity in the Republic of Belarus in 2007. They include establishing rates of the growth of investments in the main capital; setting target figures on attracting foreign credits, loans and direct investments to finance investment projects; determining volumes of long term (investment) credits to the real sector of economy and volumes of credits to the real sector of economy out of sources from abroad; approving the list of principal investment projects to be realized in 2007.
