New forms of the tax declarations (calculations) on incomes of foreign organizations have been approved
The Ministry of Taxes and Dues of the Republic of Belarus has approved, by its Decision No. 21 of 7 February 2007, new forms of the tax declarations (calculations) on incomes of foreign organizations carrying out activities in the Republic of Belarus, on taxes on incomes of foreign organizations not carrying out activities in the Republic of Belarus through permanent representation, as well as on incomes of foreign organizations that have opened accounts in banks of the Republic of Belarus.
The Decision has also approved several instructions on the procedure of completing and submitting the declarations by foreign organizations, on application of treaties for avoidance of double taxation.
The new rules become effective after the official publication of the Decision.
