   Excises on automobile fuel have been changed 
   The Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 2 March 2007 No.117
has changed rates of excises imposed on automobile gasoline and diesel and biodiesel
fuel used as automobile fuel. New excise rates became effective from 1 March
2007.
   The Edict also authorizes the Government of Belarus to revise excises rates
on automobile fuel every two months when necessary.
