Import customs duties on some technological equipment imported to Belarus to be abolished for 9 months
Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 6 February 2007 No. 71 has established zero rate of import customs duty on some kinds of technological equipment which were manufactured after 2001 and contract price of one item of which is not less than USD 20 thousand for 9 months.
The exemption covers certain goods from chapters 73, 84 to 86, and 90 of the Commodity Nomenclature for External Economic Activity of the Republic of Belarus. The Edict enters into force on the day of its official publication.
Export customs duties on raw hides and skins have been changed
According to Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 3 February 2007 No. 141, export customs duties on raw hides and skins (headings 4101, 4104, 4105 of the Commodity Nomenclature for External Economic Activity of the Republic of Belarus) have been changed.
The decision enters into force in 10 days after its official publication.
