In accordance with the Decision, the tariffs for services on transportation of cargoes by motor transport outside the Republic of Belarus or transit through its territory are not subject to registration.

The Decision entered into force on September 4th, 2006.

According to changes the granting of the permission to distribute a periodic printed edition registered in a foreign state may be refused if violations of the Belarusian legislation on mass media were discovered in previous issues of this edition.

Also it is established that the Ministry of Information has the right to request information about such violations from competent state bodies.

Such mail can be transferred through the customs border of the Republic of Belarus by a Belarusian diplomatic courier, and also by pilots of the planes of National Airlines "Belavia" who have an official document indicating the number of packages of the diplomatic mail (consular valise). Transfer of foreign diplomatic mail (consular valise) through the customs border of the Republic of Belarus is to be made by foreign diplomatic couriers.

The National Bank of the Republic of Belarus by its Decision of October 19, 2006 No. 155 has established the list of the banks in the Republic of Belarus capable of binding themselves by a bill of exchange.
