The Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Belarus has changed the amount of money, which has to be temporary placed as security on the tax bods bank account to import oil products. According to its decision of February 21, 2006, No 24 all the importers (legal entities and individual entrepreneurs) must reserve 50% of the excise tax of imported gasoline and diesel fuel for every ton of fuel carried by auto transport and 10% of the excise tax of imported fuel carried by rail train and pipe line.

 According with the base unit increase on March 1, 2006.the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Belarus by its Decision No.25 of February 26, 2006 has determined the new numerical values of income tax for the natural persons on the territory of Belarus.

State Border Troops Committee by its decision of February 16, 2006 No 9 has established a list of notes for documents when crossing the state border of Belarus. For the foreigners it is refusal of leaving note,  refusal of entering note, visa annulment note, annulled note, exulsion note and note of crossing the Belarusian border. For the citizens of Belarus it is note of crossing the Belarusian border and annulled note.

Decision of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of February 23, 2006, No 19 puts into force the new complete Classifier of the customs bodies of the Republic of Belarus. Document provides exact addresses of the customs authorities and local customs offices.

According with the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 23, 2006, No 260 several draft laws will come out and will be directed to the Parliament in 2006. For instance, changes and amendments into the Law about refugees, which specify the term member of the refugees family, the procedure of determination minors age, some questions about determination foreign refugees state of birth; changes and amendments into some customs laws on matters of order annulment of obligation to pay custom fees, determination the goods native country, establishing the limits and prohibition of some transferred to Belarus by international post goods.
