This document cancels the requirement for the passport details registration of individuals purchasing foreign currency. The registration was introduced in 1997 as a provisional measure. Its main purpose was to liquidate disproportion between demand and supply of foreign currency on the domestic market and to prevent buying-up speculation. Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of February 9, 2006 No 91 brings in amendments to the Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of July 13, 1999 No 380 and determines that the staff of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus may comprise official representatives of the state management bodies of the Republic of Belarus. Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of February 7, 2006 No 81 has approved the list of products of the national homecraft of the recognized art value that are exempted from the value added tax. Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of January 31, 2006 No 66 approves the Regulations of the relations connected with functioning of free customs zones created on territories of the free economic zones. The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Sultanate Oman on mutual cooperation to fulfill and protect investments entered into force on January 18, 2006. The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil on cancellation of visa requirement for business trips of diplomatic and official passport-holders entered into force on January 18, 2006. The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of Argentina on visa-free trips with diplomatic and official passports entered into force on January 26, 2006. This agreement establishes 90 days term of staying on territory of the Belarus or Argentina of the individuals with such passports. For the purposes of developing the cooperation in the field of public health services and medical science and of improving quality of healthcare services Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus and Ministry of Health of the Republic of Cuba concluded the Agreement on cooperation in the field of public health services and a medical science. This agreement has entered into force on December 8, 2005. An agreement about maintaining the balanced line of calculations in the mutual trade between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus was signed between the governments of the countries. According to the Agreement, the Russian Federation extended the state credit in the amount of 146 millions USD to the Republic of Belarus. The Agreement has entered into force on December 10, 2005. The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of Poland on recognition of the equivalence in the field of higher education, equivalence of scientific degrees and degrees in art sphere has entered to force on December 12, 2005. This Agreement concerns the mutual rights of citizens of both countries to enter the higher educational institutions, continuations of education, additional training and postgraduation on territory of both countries. By the Decision of February 8, 2006 No 172, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus regulates the issuing of permits to pass through the territory of the Republic of Belarus for automobile vehicles of foreign countries. Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 7, 2006 No. 167 approves the list of import replacement goods made by residents of the free economic zones of the Republic of Belarus, supplying to the home market in 2006. On February 3, 2006 the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus by its Decision No 141 brought in alterations and amendments into some Decisions of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus concerning staying of foreign citizens and stateless persons on the territory of the Republic of Belarus. This document gives a new description of travel document, conditions to obtain it, residents permission, etc. Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 3, 2006 No 146 approves the new deportation procedure of the foreign citizens and stateless persons from the territory of the Republic of Belarus. Except for the procedure, this regulations settles the issue of reimbursement of deportation expenses to the state, grounds for to deportation (voluntarily or by force), appeal against such decision etc. Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, by the Decision of February 3, 2006 No 145, has approved the list of places and objects to enter or stay on territory of which foreigners and stateless persons must have a special permission. The list also includes the administrative bodies, which are responsible for issuing such permissions. Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 3, 2006 No.144 approves new procedure for issuance and cancellation of permanent residence permits to the foreigners. Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 3, 2006 No. 142 approves the order of issuing migration card and its using by the foreigners on territory of the Republic of Belarus.
