Decision of the Council of Ministries of the Republic of Belarus of January 19, 2006, No. 63 approved "The Regulations of foreign citizens and stateless persons transit on the territory of the Republic of Belarus". The Regulations determine new descriptions of transit, visa of the Republic of Belarus, procedure of transit entrance and departure of foreigners, their registration, etc. Decision of the Council of Ministries of the Republic of Belarus of January 19, 2006, No. 59 approved "The Regulations on possession, using and transferring the citizens ownership of the apartment houses (apartments), constructed by agricultural organizations". This document regulates matters concerning possession, using and transferring the citizens ownership of the houses (apartments), constructed by non-state agricultural organizations (further - agricultural organizations) and financed from local budgets, local target budgetary housings-investment funds, innovative funds of republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinate to the Government of the Republic of Belarus and through preferential credits extended to agricultural organizations by Belagroprombank. With the purpose of promoting domestic technologies, scientific development, goods and services into foreign markets, the Council of Ministries of the Republic of Belarus by its Decision of January 19, 2006, No. 58 approved "The Plan of national exhibitions (expositions) of the Republic of Belarus abroad in 2006". Decision of the Council of Ministries of the Republic of Belarus of January 18, 2006 No. 52 approved the procedure for reception, registration, accounting and distribution of marriage and dating advertisements in mass media. Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of January 13, 2006, No. 28, establishes new excise rates on excisable goods, including jewelry. Law of the Republic of Belarus of January of 9, 2006, No. 97-3 brings in changes and amendments into some legal acts of the Republic of Belarus which refer to fighting against terrorist activity and its financing. This document gives new description of terrorist activity, terrorist organization, financing of the terrorist activity, responsibility of the organization for terrorist activity (including responsibility of its officials). It brings in changes into the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus which establish the responsibility for financing terrorist activity. Decision of the Council of Ministries of the Republic of Belarus of January 20, 2006, No. 73 approved "The Rules of foreign citizens and stateless persons staying on the territory of the Republic of Belarus". Document determines the procedure of entrance and departure, transfer on Belarus territory, registration, minimal amount of money which foreigners should have while entering Belarus. Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 18, 2006, No. 53 brings in changes and amendments to the decision of October17, 2003, No. 1335 and of May 2, 2005, No. 449. In particular, it specifies some requirements which Belarusian citizens must observe to work abroad and expands the legal frames of "The Regulations about licensing the activity connected with gathering and distribution of the information about physical persons for the purpose of acquaintance" to the Internet. Decision of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of December 15, 2005, No. 63 approved "The Instruction on the customs regime of rejection of goods in favor of the state". Document defines delivery conditions by customs bodies officials of the special customs sanction for goods processed in the customs regime of rejection of goods in favor of the state, and the order of customs registration and the customs control of these goods. Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2006, No. 100-3 gives a new wording of the "Law of the Republic of Belarus On Joint-Stock Companies, Limited Liability Companies, and Added Liability Companies" which specifies the legal and economic prerequisites for establishing, business conducting, reorganization and liquidation of joint-stock companies, limited liability companies, and added-liability companies as well as the rights and duties of its members.
