According to the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 11, 2005 No. 68-Z the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 19, 2000 "On Measures on Prevention of Legalizing Incomes Obtained by Illegal Means" is set out in new wording. Now the law is named "On Measures on Prevention of Legalizing Incomes Obtained by Illegal Means and Financing Terrorist Activity". The law regulates relations between persons carrrying out financial transactions on the territory of the Republic of Belarus, as well as activity of the financial monitoring body and state bodies controling activity of the persons that carry out financial transactions.
According to the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 12, 2005 No. 67-Z the Republic of Belarus acceded to the Facultative Protocol to Convention on Child's Rights relating to the participation of children in armed conflicts that was adopted by the UN General Assembly in New-York on May 25, 2000. In particular, it puts up the minimum age from 15 to 18 for a child to participate directly in hostilities or to be called up to serve in the Armed Forces.
State Invesment Program for the Year 2006 was approved by the Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of December 12, 2005 No. 588.
On November 29, 2005, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus has adopted the Decision No.1346 "On Transferring Vehicles Being Used for International Transportations through the Belarusian-Russian Border". This decision has established the order of transferring vehicles being used for international transportations of cargoes and (or) passengers through the Belarusian-Russian border and their temporary importation to the territory of the Republic of Belarus. In particular, it determines places for transferring vehicles with foreign registration (empty ones or those that transfer passengers and (or) cargoes) through the Belarusian-Russian border.
By the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 30, 2005 No. 1348 alterations are introduced to the import customs rates on some goods imported to the customs territory of the Republic of Belarus (vehicles) that were adopted by the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 28, 2002 No.865.
By the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 1, 2005 No. 1365 alterations are introduced to the export customs rates on some goods exported from the customs territory of the Republic of Belarus (oil and oil products) outwards the territory of member-states of Eurasian Economic Community that were adopted by the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 28, 2002 No.864.
State Program of Introducing Digital Television and Radio Broadcast in the Republic of Belarus till the Year 2015 was adopted by the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 8, 2005 No. 1406.
