   Decision of the Board of Administration of the National Bank of the Republic
of Belarus No. 160 of November 15, 2005 establishes refinance rate and discount
rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of 11 per cent per annum.
This decision comes into force from the 25th of November, 2005.

   Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 1272 of
November 15, 2005 approves Regulations on the Order of Work with Drafts of International
and Legal Documents on Forming Single Economic Space of the Republic of Belarus,
Republic of Kazakhstan, Russian Federation and the Ukraine. 

   Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 1292 of
November 18, 2005 approves the State Program of Applying New and High Technologies
in the Industry on the Years 2006-2010

   By the Law No. 63-Z of November 23, 2005 the Republic of Belarus ratified
the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government
of Argentina on Travels without Visas on Diplomatic and Official Passports signed
in Buenos Aires on the 28th of October, 2004.

   By the Law No. 64-Z of November 23, 2005 the Republic of Belarus ratified
the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government
of Brazil on Abolition of Visa Regime for the Holders of Diplomatic and Official
Passports signed in Brasilia on the 26th of October, 2004. 

   By the Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 545 of November
24, 2005 the Regulations on Free Warehouses is approved. It determines the order
of creation and liquidation of free warehouses for placing foreign automobile
vehicles, trailers, bodies and engines for them, the order of import of these
goods to the territory of free warehouse and export from its territory, and also
operations performed with them on free warehouses.

   The Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 65-Z of November 24, 2005 amends the
Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Weapon". In particular, a new definition of
the term "fire-arms" is given. 

   The Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 546 of November
24, 2005 regulates some issues of taxation of goods transferred through the customs
border of the Republic of Belarus. For example, it is established that some kinds
of vehicles imported by legal persons and individual entrepreneurs to the territory
of the Republic of Belarus, except for the ones imported from the Russian Federation,
are exempted from excises and value added tax.
