   Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No.14 of October 17, 2005
amends the Regulations on State Regulating of Production, Circulation, Advertising
and Use of Raw Tobacco and Tobacco Products approved by the Decree of the President
of the Republic of Belarus No. 28 of October 17, 2002. In accordance with this
Decree the advertisement containing the names of tobacco products kinds and trademarks
of tobacco products is prohibited at cultural, educational, sporting and other
humanitarian events.

   By the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No.
1123 of October 12, 2005 tobacco products import quotas are approved for the
year 2006.
            
   Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No.1116 of
October 10, 2005 On Measures to Realize the Decree of the President of the Republic
of Belarus No.9 of July 12, 2005 stipulates that legal entities and individual
entrepreneurs which import to the territory of the Republic of Belarus automobile
gasoline, diesel fuel and household fuel of all sorts from the territory of countries
with which customs control and customs clearance are abolished:
   - before November 16, 2005 have the right to mark the documents accompanying
the abovementioned kinds of oil products by control marks purchased in the established
order;
   - after November 16, 2005 have to mark the accompanying documents (for pipeline
transportation  other primary accounting documents, established by the legislation)
that are drawn up in accordance with the legislation for oil liquid fuel imported
to the Republic of Belarus form the territory of countries with which customs
control and customs clearance are abolished, by control marks prescribed for
marking these documents.
