Now you can find our legal news and other legal information at http://law.by/ . ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No.14 of October 17, 2005 amends the Regulations on State Regulating of Production, Circulation, Advertising and Use of Raw Tobacco and Tobacco Products approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 28 of October 17, 2002. In accordance with this Decree the advertisement containing the names of tobacco products kinds and trademarks of tobacco products is prohibited at cultural, educational, sporting and other humanitarian events. By the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 1123 of October 12, 2005 tobacco products import quotas are approved for the year 2006.
