Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of September 22, 200 No.12 On the High Technologies Park approves the Regulations on the High-Tech Park.

The Decision of the State Customs Committee of September 23, 2005 No.66 On the Procedure of Calculating and Paying Customs Duties and Taxes at the Customs Clearance of Goods Exported from the Territory of a Free Economic Zone approves the Instruction on the Procedure of Calculating Customs Duties and Taxes Concerning Goods Exported from the Territory of a Free Economic Zone, and also the Instruction on the Order of Application and Filling Blanks of Payment Customs Duties and Taxes to be Paid Concerning Foreign Goods that are the Parts of the Goods Exported form the Territory of a Free Economic Zone.

By the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 20, 2005 No.1040 the Agreement on Cooperation between the CIS Member-States in Fighting Transport Crimes is approved. The Agreement was signed on the 15th of September, 2004 in Astana.

By the Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of September 19, 2005 No.443 is ordered to sign the Additional Protocol to the Agreement between the Republic of Belarus and the International Atomic Energy Agency on guarantees in connection with the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty.

By the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 15, 2005 No.1030 the Concept of Developing Railway Checkpoints on the State Border of the Republic of Belarus is approved.

By the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 15, 2005 No.1027 the Regulations on the Procedure of Submission, Consideration and Registration of the Information on Organization and (or) Holding Seminars, Conferences, other Public Discussions in the Framework of International Technical Assistance is approved.

By the Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of September 14, 2005 No.436 is ordered to sign the International Convention against Nuclear Terrorism that was adopted in New-York on the 13th of April, 2005.
