By the Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus No.373 of August 15, 2005 concluding barter contracts, in most cases, is prohibited

In the Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus No.373 of August 15, 2005 On Some Issues of Concluding Contracts and Fulfillment of the Obligations on the Territory of the Republic of Belarus it is established that from August 1, 2005 to December 31, 1998 at carrying out the entrepreneurship activity, as a general, the entities and individual entrepreneurs have no right to conclude the barter contracts.

According to the Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus No.391 of August 23, 2005 On Deferring Payments of the Customs Duty and Value Added Tax the deferment of the customs duty and value added tax payments is granted at customs clearing of constituent parts, duplicate parts, materials and raw materials that are imported to the Republic of Belarus for manufacturing export products and on which import customs duties rates are less than 10 percents.

By the Edit of the President of the Republic of Belarus No.370 of August 12, 2005 On Accession to the Kyoto Protocol to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change it is ordered to accede to the Kyoto Protocol to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change that was accepted in Kyoto on December 11, 1997.

According to the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No.922 of August 23, 2005 On Amendments and Alterations to the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No.1629 of December 15, 2003 the List of Goods to be Purchased for Import on the Tender Base after Concordance of the Commission on Economy Competitiveness Enhancement that is approved by the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No.1629 is changed.

By the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No.891 of August 12, 2005 the Statutes of the Belarusian free economic zones are approved.
