The Edict provides special terms and conditions to be included into the contract as well as rights and duties of the parties. Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of July 6, 2005 No. 2005 No. 315 approves the priority directions for scientific and technical activity in the Republic of Belarus for the years 2006-2010. The priority directions include energy conservation technologies for manufacturing competitive products; new materials and new energy sources; medicine; information and telecommunication technologies; technologies for agricultural products; industrial biotechnologies; ecology. Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of July 1, 2005 No. 300 On Granting and Utilization of Free (Sponsors) Aid establishes that legal persons and individual entrepreneurs of the Republic of Belarus can render organizations, individual entrepreneurs and other individuals of the republic the free (sponsors) aid in the form of money, including in foreign currency, goods (property), works, services and property rights including exclusive rights to objects of intellectual property on conditions provided by this Edict which, in particular, provides control over utilization of the free aid assets. Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of July 1, 2005 No. 302 approves the Regulations on Creation, Activity and Liquidation of Funds in the Republic of Belarus. In accordance with the Regulations a fund is a non-commercial organization not having membership and established by citizens (citizen) and (or) legal persons (a legal person) based on voluntary property contributions and that pursues social, charitable, cultural, educational purposes, assistance to the development of physical culture and sport, scientific or other socially useful purposes mentioned in the statute of the fund. Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2005 No. 716 approves the list of import substituting goods manufactured by the residents of free economic zones of the Republic of Belarus delivered to the internal market in 2005. Decision of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2005 No. 52 approves the Instructions on Procedure of Conducting the Register of Foreign Agencies and organization on International Adoption and the List of Information to Be Included into It.
