April 28, 2005
Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April
23, 2005 No. 420 establishes new temporal rates of customs duty for the
goods imported to the territory of the Republic of Belarus. The new rate
established for 9 months is applied in relation to the imported fowl and
poultry food subproducts at the amount of 70 % of customs cost but not less
than 0.65 euro per 1 kg.
Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April
16, 2005 No. 864 brings in alterations to the Decision of the Council of
Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 28, 2002 No. 864 establishing
the rates of export customs duties for the goods exported from the customs
territory of the Republic of Belarus abroad the Eurasian Economic Community
member-states. In particular, the rates for some benzene products are
increased from 45.5 USD for 1000 kg to 68.2 USD.
Decision of the Committee of Standardization, Metrology and Certification
at the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 11, 2005
No. 16 brings in change into the Decision of the Committee of July 30, 2004
No. 35 approving the list of products, services and personnel and other
objects subject to mandatory confirmation of conformance in the Republic of
Belarus. According to the amendment the drug plant raw materials for
veterinary drugs shall subject to confirmation of conformance starting with
May 1, 2005.
Decision of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of April 19,
2005 No. 17 brings in changes into the Instructions on Procedure of
Conducting a Unified State Register of Legal Persons and Individual
Entrepreneurs. The changes concern, inter alia, documents that have to be
submitted to registration authority, when one legal person joins another
and the issue of a statement that a natural person has not been registered
as an individual entrepreneur.
Decision of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of March
30, 2005 No. 19 brings in amendments to the Instructions on Measures to
Ensure Payment of Customs Payments When Transporting the Goods under the
Customs Control. The Instructions, in particular, were amended with a new
Chapter 7. Conditions For Not Appling the Measures to Ensure the Payment of
Customs Payments When Transporting the Goods under the Customs Control.
