April 11, 2005
Decision of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus of March 24,
2005 No. 13 approves the Instruction on Procedure of Agreeing the
Advertisement Before It Is Placed on Technical Means of Outside
Advertisement. The advertisement is agreed with the relevant department of
trade and services of Oblast executive committee (Minsk executive
committee). The Instructions list the documents the advertisement
distributor has to submit to the department.
Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March
29, 2005 No. 42 concerns the realization of the Decree of the President
regarding the conducting of the book of comments and proposals issued by
the inspections of the Ministries of Taxes and Duties. The Decision
approves the Instruction on Procedure of Conducting by Taxation Bodies the
Book of Comments and Proposals, Consideration and Analysis by the Taxation
Bodies of Comments and Proposals Contained Therein.
Decision of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of March 16, 2005 No. 36
approves the Instructions on Procedure of Calculation and Payment of a Tax
for Using National Resources (Ecology Tax). The Instructions lists the
entities liable to pay the tax and list the taxable objects.
