Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of March 9, 2005 No. 3
On Some Measures to Counteract the Trade of Humans was adopted with a view
to undertake effective measures to prevent the human trafficking,
especially the trade of women and children and to protect life, health,
freedom and other constitutional rights of the citizens of the Republic of
Belarus
Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of March 4, 2005 No. 114
brings in alterations and amendments to the Edict of the President of the
Republic of Belarus of October 18, 2000 No. 559 On State Duty Collected for
the Complaints and Claims to the Court Collegium on Patent Affairs of the
Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus. The decision reduces the amount
of some duties.
Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of March 6, 2005 No. 118
approves the List of Goods of Medical Purpose Turnovers of Which on the
Territory of the Republic of Belarus Are Freed From VAT.
Decision of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of February
25, 2005 No. 4 approves the lists of illnesses having which the people
cannot adopt a child, cannot be guardians or tutor or adopting parents. The
lists approved are the following: the list of illnesses having which the
persons cannot adopt a child and cannot be adopting parents and the list of
illnesses having which the persons cannot be guardians or tutors.
Decision of the State Military and Industrial Committee and the State
Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of February 22, 2005 No. 4/11
approves the lists of specific goods (works and services), in particular,
the list of nuclear materials, equipments and special non-nuclear materials
and relevant technologies connected with nuclear fuel cycle and production
of nuclear materials that can be applied for creation of nuclear weapons;
the list of chemicals, equipment and technologies that have peaceful
purpose but can be applied for creating the chemical weapons; list of
pathogens of human being, animals and plants, their genetically modified
forms, fragments of the genetic material and equipment that can be applied
for creating bacteriological (biological) and toxic weapons; the list of
equipment, materials and technologies applied for creating the rocket
weapons and other means of delivery of nuclear, chemical, bacteriological
(biological) and toxic weapons; list of goods of military purpose; the list
of goods and technologies of double application, etc.
