Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2005 No. 99 On Some Questions of Applying the VAT Rate at the Sale on the Territory of the Republic of Belarus and at Import to the Customs Territory of the Republic of Belarus on Food Products and Goods for Children establishes the 10% VAT rate for the food products and products for children in accordance with the lists approved by the President and enclosed to the Edict. From January 1, 2005 till the day of entering into force of this Edict the 10% VAT rate shall be applied to the goods in accordance with the lists that were in effect in 2004.

Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 22, 2005 No. 184 brings in alterations and amendments to the Decisions of April 22, 1999 No. 572 and of October 31, 2001 No. 1594 concerning the regulations on procedure of accommodating the outside advertisement.

Decision of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of February 9, 2005 No. 21 brings in alterations and amendments to the Rules of Registration of Bill of Exchanges of Banks and Holding the Transactions with Bills of Exchange by the Banks approved by the Decision of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of June 24, 2003 No. 115.

Decision of the Committee on Land Resources, Geodesy and Cartography at the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 8, 2005 No. 8 approves the Instructions on Determining the List of Documents Submitted for the State Registration of Mortgage (Pledge) of Land Slot Contract, Contract on Assignment under Mortgage (Pledge) of Land Slot Contract, Contract of Terminations of Mortgage (Pledge) of Land Slot and Arising, Transfer and Termination of Mortgage (Pledge) Right for Land Slot Based on Such Contracts.
