Decision of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Belarus of
January 25, 2005 No. 15 approves the Instructions on Procedure of
Calculation and Payment of a Duty for Transit of Automobile Vehicles of
Foreign States by Public Automobile Roads of the Republic of Belarus. The
Instruction establishes who shall pay the duty, its amount (that depends on
load capability), terms of payment, etc.
Decision of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Belarus and
the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of January 31, 2005 No.
11/9 approves the Instructions on Procedure of Payment of Special Purpose
Dues by Organizations Having Affiliates, Representations and Other
Independent Subdivisions in 2005. The Instructions determines the procedure
of payment of transportation duty and duty for maintaining and developing
the city (region) infrastructure by the organizations that have affiliates,
representations and other independent subdivisions. The mentioned duties
are paid by the subdivisions (affiliates, representations that have an
independent balance and current (settlement, bank) account) into the Oblast
budgets or Minsk city budget.
The Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of
February 11, 2005 No. 153 approves the expenses to finance the scientific,
scientific and technical and innovation activity by republican budget in
2005.
Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February
15, 2005 No. 159 brings in alterations and amendments to the Decision of
the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 28, 2002 No.
864 establishing the rates of export customs duties for the goods exported
from the customs territory of the Republic of Belarus abroad the Eurasian
Economic Community member-states. The changes concern the rates to timber
and wooden products.
Decision of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Belarus of
February 8, 2005 No. 18 brings in alterations to the Instructions on
Procedure of Calculation and Payment of Excises approved by the Decision of
the Ministry of March 15, 2002 No. 28. The changes are introduced in
connection with the Agreement between the Republic of Belarus and Russian
concerning the indirect taxes and deals with excise payment for the goods
imported from the Russian Federation.
Decision of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of January 26,
2005 No. 9 brings in amendments and alterations to the Instructions on
Procedure of Holding Transactions with Bank Plastic Cards approved by the
Decision of the National Bank of April 30, 2004 No. 74. According to
changes the new notion is introduced into the Instructions the corporative
card. The amendments set forth the procedure of its issue and usage.
