Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 1, 2005 No. 119 "On Limits of Used (Mined, Taken Out) Natural Resources, Admissible Emissions of Contaminating Substances into the Air, Dumping of Water Wastes and Allocation of Production Wastes" approves the following:

- The limits of used (mined, taken out) oil, potassium and sodium salt;

- The limits of admissible emissions of contaminating substances into the air and dumping of water wastes for oblasts and Minsk city for natural resources users who report in accordance with the forms of statistic accountability 2-oc (air) and 2-oc (water);

- The procedure of approving the limits of allocation of production wastes.

 

Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 1, 2005 No. 118 "On Rates of Natural Resources Tax (Ecology Tax)" approves the rates of the tax for:

- use (mining, taking out) of natural resources;

- emission of contaminating substances into the air;

- dumping water wastes or contaminating substances into the environment;

- allocation of production wastes;

- geology exploration works fulfilled at the expense of the budget;

- transfer through the territory of the Republic of Belarus of oil and oil-products.

 

Decision of the Committee of Standardization, Metrology and Certification at the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 28, 2005 No. 4 brings in an alteration to the Appendix 1 to the Decision of the Committee of Standardization, Metrology and Certification of July 30, 2004 No. 35 "On approving the list of production, services, staff and other objects of compliance subject to obligatory compliance confirmation in the Republic of Belarus". The change concerns the obligatory compliance confirmation of chocolate, sweets, chocolate paste, etc.

 

Decision of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Belarus of February 1, 2005 No. 17/12 brings in changes into the Instruction on Procedure of Conducting Records by Individual Entrepreneurs approved by the Decision of the Ministry of Finance and the Chief State Tax Inspection of November 10, 1995 No. 46/18. The changes concern the record and account of products, materials, etc. imported by the individual entrepreneurs from the territory of the Russian Federation.

 

Decision of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of January 26, 2005 No. 6 "About the Terms for Submitting the Customs Declaration, about the Conditions and Procedure for Their Prolongation" establishes the terms for submitting the customs declaration that are, as a rule, 15 calendar days from the day the customs bodies are informed the goods have arrived, or the term established for the definite customs regime. The Decision also provides conditions for prolongation of the terms and the procedure for submitting an application for such prolongation.
