Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December
11, 2004 No. 1574 brings in changes in the Regulations on Procedure of
Investing of Assets from the Insurance Reserves by the Insurance
Organizations approved by the decision of the Council of Ministers of the
Republic of Belarus of June 16, 2003 No. 800. In particular, the
Regulations have been amended with the point concerning the investments
from the insurance reserves by the insurance organizations the share
capital of which comprises of 50% and more shares belonging to the state.
The assets of such insurance organizations from the insurance reserves may
be invested into state securities, securities of state-owned banks;
precious metals.
Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December
11, 2004 No. 1573 brings in alterations and amendments to the decision of
the Council of Ministers of January 8, 1998 No. 16 On Procedure of Holding
the Obligatory Insurance of Buildings Belonging to Citizens and to the
decision approving the rates of insurance tariffs under obligatory
insurance of civil liability of carriers in front of passengers. The
insurance tariffs are set forth in a new edition.
Decision of the Ministry of Economy of December 16, 2004 No. 264 changes
the decision of the Ministry of Economy of March 4, 2004 No. 63 On Limit
Prices for Socially Important Food Products. The decision No. 264 sets
forth in a new edition the appendix 4-11 establishing the limit for the
prices for dairy products.
Decision of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of December
16, 2004 No. 39 approves the Instructions on Procedure for Issuing the
Certificate of Attestation of a Realtor and Regulations on the Commission
on License Issue for Rendering Legal Services with the Indication of a
Certain Kind of Licensed Activity Realtors Services. The decision is drawn
up in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of
Belarus concerning the licensing of certain kinds of activities in the
Republic of Belarus.
