   Law of the Republic of Belarus of August 5, 2004 No. 313-Z brings in amendments
and alterations to the Investment Code of the Republic of Belarus.
   Law of the Republic of Belarus of August 6, 2004 No. 314-Z enacts a new edition
of the Economic Procedure Code of the Republic of Belarus establishing the procedure
for economic disputes resolution. 
   In order to exercise the measures of export control the Ministry of Defense
of the Republic of Belarus adopts the Instruction of July 26, 2004 No. 24 concerning
the identification of goods and services as ones for military purposes and the
order of issuing appropriate certificates.
   Decision of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Belarus of
July 30, 2004 No. 87 brings in amendments and alterations to the Instruction
on the calculation and payment of value-added tax. In particular, points 88-90
have been added to the Instruction which establish peculiar tax regime for Belarusian
car producers, exporters of high-tech goods, unprofitable agricultural organizations.
