Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of June 14, 2004 No. 280 On Procedure and Conditions of Sale to Legal Persons of Enterprises as Property Complexes of Unprofitable Agricultural Organizations sets forth the procedure of the sale of agricultural organizations and establishes that obligatory conditions of the sale of such enterprises are the following: paying off the debt of this unprofitable organization in order the term set forth by the Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of March 19, 2004 No. 138; preservation of the working places for the period of postponement to fulfill the obligations of this organizations; carrying out the production of agricultural products.

Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 8, 2004 No. 691 brings in an amendment to the Regulations on Licensing the Activity in the Sphere of Gambling Business approved by the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 20, 2003 No. 1377. According to the amendment on of the special conditions and requirements to carry out this licensed activity is to carry out the licensed kinds of works and services in gambling premises location of which is set forth in the license.

Decision of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of June 11, 2004 No. 90 approves the Instructions on Procedure of Issue of Permits (Certificates of Registration) to Hold Currency Transactions and to Open Accounts Beyond the Republic of Belarus As Well As the Procedure of Submitting of Notifications on Conducting Currency Transactions Connected with Capital Flow to the Bank. The Instructions establish the single procedure to obtain by legal persons including banks and non-bank credit and financial organizations, individual entrepreneurs and natural persons of permits (certificates of registration) to hold currency transactions, to open accounts abroad and sets for the procedure for submitting the notifications at conducting currency transactions connected with capital flow to the banks. Enclosed to the Instructions are the forms of mentioned permits and certificate as well as the list of documents submitted to the National Bank for issuing the permits (certificate of registration) to hold currency transactions and to open accounts in banks-non-residents.
