   Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of June 4, 2004 No. 270
brings in alterations and an amendment to the Edict of the President of the Republic
of Belarus of March 11, 2003 No. 94 On Some Measures to Regulate Military and
Technical Cooperation of the Republic of Belarus with Foreign States. In particular
the changes concern the powers of the State Military and Industrial Committee
that carries out registration, issue and record of the licenses on import of
specific goods (works and services) as well as control over fulfillment of the
issued licenses, and also powers of Ministry of Defense and National Academy
of Science in this sphere.

   Decision of the State Customs Committee and Committee of Standardization,
Metrology and Certification of the Republic of Belarus of May 21, 2004 No. 42/22
brings in alterations and amendments to the Decision of these state committees
of March 24, 2004 No. 21/14 On Conditions to Put the Goods Subject to Obligatory
Certification under the Customs Regimes. According to the Decision the documents
considered as confirmation of certification of goods are listed. In particular,
they are the certificate of conformance of the National System of Certification
of the Republic of Belarus and certificate Approval vehicle-wise.

   Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 4,
2004 No. 666 approves the Regulations on Procedure for Compensation to the Legal
Persons of the Republic of Belarus from the Republican Budget of the Part of
Interests for Using the Bank Credits Issued for Investment Projects on Conditions
of Competitive Allocation. According to the Regulations the compensation of
the part of interests by joint-stock companies and other non-state organizations
at realizations of investment projects is carried out with the increase of the
state share in the statutory funds of these companies and organizations. The
Regulations also state the list of documents submitted to the Ministry of Economy
in order to compensate the part of interest.

   Decision of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection
of the Republic of Belarus of June 1, 2004 No. 10 approves the Instructions on
Procedure for Agreeing the Licenses to Export of Goods. The Instructions determine
the procedure for agreeing with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental
Protection the licenses to export of fresh mushrooms, cranberries and bilberries
issued by the Ministry of Trade. The Instructions lists the documents submitted
for agreeing the licenses. The term for such agreeing established by the Instructions
is 3 days from the moment of taking the application for consideration.
