The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus on September 19, 2003 adopted the Decision No. 1190 On Introducing Alternations and Amendments to the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 28, 2002 No. 277. The new Decision sets forth the Regulations on Procedure of Organization of the Tour Activity on the Territory of the Republic of Belarus in a new edition. The Regulations cover all commercial and non-commercial organizations and individual entrepreneurs carrying out tour activity on the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

For the purposes to strengthen the state control over turnover of alcohol drinks and tobacco products of foreign production the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus adopted the Decision No. 1206 of September 22, 2003 On Information Indicated in Accompanying Documents Confirming Legality of Acquiring (Reception) of Alcohol Drinks and Tobacco Goods of Foreign Production Imported to the Customs Territory of the Republic of Belarus. According to the Decision legal persons and individual entrepreneurs at the wholesale of alcohol drinks and (or) tobacco goods shall indicate in the accompanying documents the following information:

date and number of the customs permit or certificate on registration of statistic declaration issued for the consignment of the imported alcohol drinks and (or) tobacco goods;

series and number of excise marks put to alcohol drinks and (or) tobacco goods;

country of origin of alcohol drinks and (or) tobacco goods;

registration number of the certificate of conformance and registration number of a certificate on state hygienic registration.
