Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 5, 2003 No. 1159 introduces amendments and alternations to the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 29, 2003 No. 101 On Terms of Payment the Value Added Tax to the Budget. According to amendment the payment of the tax on main assets, non-material assets and objects of completed construction can be carried out within 12 months from the month following the month of putting on account of those assets at equal shares in every taxation period in the established terms.

Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 5, 2003 No. 1161 On Regulating the Import and Turn-over of Barley for Beer Brewing on the Territory of the Republic of Belarus establishes that the import of barley for beer brewing including the import from the countries of Customs Union is carried out under a onetime license issued by the Ministry of Trade. The payment for the license is taken at amount of 20 basic values.

The Decision of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus of August 22, 2003 No. 41 brings in alternations and amendments to the List of Stationary Trade (Service) Points (Centers) Where Legal Persons and Individual Entrepreneurs Conduct the Reception of Cash Money at Sale of Goods (Works, Services) with the Usage of Totalizing Appliances or Special Computer Systems approved by the Decision of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus of February 8, 2002 No. 4. The Decision concerns the reference of some points (centers) to stationary trade (service) points (centers). Points located in specially equipped and designed for trade and rendering services buildings (constructions) or premises being a construction system having a closed size, trade (service) points (centers) located inside the stationary (trade) service points rented by individual entrepreneurs and legal persons and also taxis, cars and express buses except for those selling the tickets of the established form refer to as stationary trade (service) points (centers).

Decision of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of September 3, 2003 No. 123 brings in alternations and amendments to the Regulation on Procedure of Forming the Prices for Precious Metals (Except for Precious Metals at Conducting Bank Transactions) Accepted to the State Fund of Precious Metals and Precious Stones of the Republic of Belarus and Sold from It and Also for Precious Metals In Articles and Scrap Bought from the Natural Persons (Except for Sale and Purchase by Bank and Non-Bank Credit Financial Organizations of Precious Metals in the Form of Bars and Coins from Natural Persons) approved by the Decision of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of September 23, 2002 No. 132. According to the Decision No. 123 the Regulation is set forth in a new edition.
