The Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 2, 2003 No. 898 On Introducing the Alternations to the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 7, 2003 No. 464 brings in changes to the Appendix to the mentioned Decision On Introducing Temporal Rates of Import Customs Duties on Goods Imported to the Customs Territory of the Republic of Belarus.

The Decision of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry on Taxes and Dues of the Republic of Belarus of May 23, 2003 No. 84/59 On Introducing Alternations to the Decision of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Taxes and Dues of the Republic of Belarus of October 4, 2002 No. 144/92 in order to improve the procedure of account and return of extra paid sums of taxes on incomes, taxes on profit, VAT and excises introduces alternations to the Regulations on Procedure of Account and Return of Extra Paid Sums of Taxes on Incomes, Taxes on Profit, VAT and Excises.

The Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Certification at the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus adopted the Decision No. 11/14/21 On Confirming the Safety and Quality of Tobacco Goods and Tobacco Raw Materials at Their Sale on the Territory of the Republic of Belarus. The Decision states that the presence of the certificate of conformance of the National System of Certification of the Republic of Belarus on tobacco goods subject to compulsory certification is confirmed at their sale by the following means: by the original of the certificate of conformance; by the copy of the certificate of conformance; indication of information about their compulsory certification in the accompanying documents, confirming the reception of goods under every name of tobacco goods; by marking the certified tobacco goods by the national marks of conformance.

The Committee on Science and Technology at the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus on June 16, 2003 adopted the Decision No. 16 On Introducing Alternations and Amendments to the Rules of Recognition of the Trademark Being Generally Known in the Republic of Belarus. The Decision brings in changes to the final provisions of the Rules.

The Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 4, 2003 No. 904 On Introducing Temporal Rates of Customs Duties on Goods Imported to the Republic of Belarus introduces the temporal rates of customs duties on some goods according to the Appendix to the Decision for the period of 9 months.

The Administration of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus by the Decision of June 27, 2003 No. 122 brings in alternations and amendments to the Rules of Conducting the Currency Exchange Transactions by the Banks, Legal Persons and Individual Entrepreneurs in the Internal Market of the Republic of Belarus. The scope of the Rules according to the Decision does not cover the transactions carried out at the account of the assets in foreign currency allocated on the card accounts of legal persons at using the corporative bankcards.
