   July 7, 2003

   The Decision of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus No. 100
of June 24, 2003 On Approving the Rules of Audit Activity and Introducing Alternations
and Amendments to the Decision of the Ministry of Finance approves the Rules
of Audit Activity Reflection in Audit Resolution of Events Occurring After the
Date of Account and the Rules of Audit Activity Audit Related Services and
introduces some amendments and alternations to the Rules of Audit Activity Account
of Audit Organization under the Special Audit Assignment approved by the Decision
of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of January 23, 2002 No.
8.

   Decision of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus No. 17 of July
1, 2003 On Approving the Instruction on Rendering Aid to the Citizens of the
Republic of Belarus Regarding the Fulfillment of International Treaties of the
Republic of Belarus on Legal Aid approves the Instruction on rendering aid to
the citizens of the Republic of Belarus regarding the fulfillment of international
treaties on legal aid. The Instruction establishes the general rules of the procedure
of consideration of appeals of citizens of the Republic of Belarus on fulfillment
of international treaties of the Republic of Belarus on legal aid. The Instructions
sets forth the legal status of citizens of the Republic of Belarus on the territory
of foreign states, the procedure of addressing the justice establishments in
foreign states for legal aid, etc.
