On the 29^th of January 2003 the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus # 101 On Terms of Payment of the Value Added Tax to the Budget was adopted.

The Decision settles the general term of payment of the tax not later then 22 day of the months next to the past tax period as well as settles terms of deposit of the payment on account of the tax defined upon value of the charged tax.

The Decision had come into force from February 1, 2003.

By the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 29, 2003 # 102 there were alterations introduced to the Decision of the Council of Ministers of The Republic of Belarus of January 22, 2002 # 73 On Terms of Payment of the Excises.

There were also settled the terms of deposit of the payment on account of the excises as well as general term of the payment of the excises to the 22^nd day of the month next to month of account.

The Decision had come into force from February 1, 2003.

By the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 28, 2003 # 96 there were alterations introduced to the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 28, 2002 # 864.

The Decision increases the rates of export customs duties on crude oil and crude oil products exported from the customs territory of the Republic of Belarus beyond the borders of the countries-members of the Eurasian Economic Community from 21,9 to 29,8 USD per 1000 kg.

By the Decision of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of January 24, 2003 # 24 there were alterations introduced to the List of the Utmost Minimal Prices on Several Kinds of the Exported Goods Produced in the Republic of Belarus. Chapter V Fur Raw Material and Tanned Skin or Leather and Position 1520 of the Chapter VI Chemical Fertilizers were stated in new edition.

By the Decision of the Ministry of Finances of January 16, 2003 # 4 The Regulations of Audit Activities were approved. The Regulations Qualifying Requirements to the Regulations of the Audit Activities of the Audit Organization or Auditor-Individual Entrepreneur defines unified principles of development of the regulations of the audit activities of the audit organizations and set the standards of control of its conduction.
