On December 28, 2002 the Law of the Republic of Belarus # 170-Z On Budget of the Republic of Belarus for the 2003 year was adopted. The supply of the budget is set to 6 598 593 841,0 thousand roubles, and profits of budget was predicted to 6 104 593 841,0 thousand roubles. The utmost budgeted deficit was set to 494 000 000,0 thousand roubles.

By the Law of the Republic of Belarus # 163-Z of December 16, 2002 the Convention Between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and Government of the Korean Republic on Avoiding Double Taxation and Preventing Evasion of Tax Paying Concerning Taxes on Profit was ratified. The Convention itself was signed in Seoul on May 20, 2002.

By the Law of the Republic of Belarus # 164-Z of December 16, 2002 the alterations and amendments were introduced to the Law of the Republic of Belarus On Audit Activity. The Law On Audit Activity was settled in new edition.

By the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus # 1787 of December 21, 2002 the Protocol to the Agreement Between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Russian Federation On providing to the Republic of Belarus the State Credit in 2001-2002 Years of November 30, 2001 was approved.

By the Law of the Republic of Belarus # 168-Z of December 28, 2002 the Temporal Agreement Between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Lithuanian Republic n Mutual Trips of the Citizens was ratified. The Temporal Agreement was signed in Minsk on November 26, 2002.

By the Law of the Republic of Belarus # 169-Z of December 28, 2002 The Agreement Between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Latvian Republic on Simplified Order of the Visas Granting to the Border Inhabitants was ratified. The Agreement was signed in Riga on November 27, 2002.

By the Decision of the State Customs Committee of November 18, 2002 # 94 The Regulations of the Calculation and Payment of the Customs Duties Concerning the Goods not Assigned for the Production or Other Commercial Activity Moved by Natural Persons through the Customs Border of the Republic of Belarus was approved.

By the Law of the Republic of Belarus # 171-Z of December 30, 2002 there were alterations and amendments introduced to the Code of Civil Procedure of the Republic of Belarus. The main innovations are the right of the prosecutor to claim for institution of the civil case if it is necessary for protection of the right and legitimate interests of the Republic of Belarus, administrative units as well as legal persons and citizens.

The Article 158 of the Code was amended with a new part, - according to this amendment cases with participation of foreign citizens which live outside the Republic of Belarus, and foreign legal persons are to be examined by the court of first instance not later then one year from the moment of the claim registration.

By the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus # 1819 of December 27, the State Program of Informatization for the 2003-2005 years and in Perspective to 2010 year the Electronic Belarus was approved. Text of the program is not published.
