Lidziya Yarmoshyna, head of the Central Election Commission, has declared today proposals of the democratic forces on holding the autumn parliamentary elections, were impracticable. If the authorities dont accept the suggestions of the opposition on holding the parliamentary elections, it means they are preparing rigging election results, Viktar Ivashkevich, deputy head of the Belarusian Popular Front party, said to the Charter97 press center.

As the Charter97 press center has learnt from parents, whose children attend the Minsk kindergarten No 111, their kids were not allowed to go out yesterday. Teachers told the parents it was an order of the director, who had received a call from a higher-level agency.
