BELARUSIANS CAME TO SQUARE IN MEMORY OF IRYNA KAZULINA (PHOTO, VIDEO)

About 2.000 people symphonising the Kazulins family came to October (Kastrychnitskaya) Square this evening to light candles in memory of Iryna Kazulina, who died an early death. Iryna Kazulina was wife of political prisoner Alyaksandr Kazulin. Volha Kazulina called people to pray for her mother's soul. The 2.000-people went to the Red Church with portraits of Iryna Kazulina and candles.

The Prosecutor General Ryhor Vasilevich personally received petition of human rights activists asking for Alyaksandr Kazulin a short-term leave for attending his wife's funeral. As said by Ihar Rynkevich, Vasilevich had given to understand clearly that the office of the Prosecutor General cannot influence the decision in this question.

KAZULIN'S DAUGHTERS HAVE GONE ON HUNGER STRIKE

Daughters of the political prisoner Alyaksandr Kazulin have gone on hunger strike at 2.00pm in protest of the fact the authorities refuse to release their father Alyaksandr Kazulin. Wife of the political prisoner Iryna Kazulina died of the serious disease on 23 February. The political prisoner wasn't released nor given a leave to say farewell to his wife.

A man called to the television studio and complained that fishing put him on a verge of divorce with his wife. TV presenters asked him about his life, and how he settles nerves. Answering the question, the viewer told about his cherished dream: "I dream to walk with a grenade launcher and to meet Lukashenka".
