Kuznyatsu has told journalists today, a draft presidential decree has been worked out, and it is under reconciliation procedure in the government now. This decision of a standing committee of the "chamber of representatives" of the "national assembly" of Belarus on education, culture, science and scientific development has been announced by the committee's chairman Uladzimir Zdanovich at a press-conference on February 1. "It's an unequivocal decision and is not to be discussed," he said. Besides, as said by U. The vandals smashed the bench and took away a piece of it.
