Monich was arrested on December 10 last year for his participation in the action in remembrance of missing Belarusian politicians. The young man is accuse of violating article 167 part 1 of the Administrative Code (violation of the order of organizing and carrying out meetings, protest marches, demonstrations and picketing). If Monich will be found guilty he can be sentenced to a fine or administrative arrest lasting from 3 to 15 days. On December,10 another 7 participants were detained together with Monich.
