KREMLIN DECEIVED LUKASHENKO TWICE

Since 15 of February citizens of other countries (including Belarusns) that come
to Russia will have to fill in migration cards. Two weeks ago Putin promised
to Lukashenko that Belarusans will not need this cards.
It is known now that there will not be exceptions for Belarusans.

of 2002 was placed near our village shop. Opposite my surname there was sum 
134.033 rubles. I'm not a "champion" in the list. You can see also sums 148.000,
210.000 and even 242.000

NOVOPOLOTSK COMMUNISTS WILL BOYCOTT ELECTIONS

Novopolotsk committee of Party of Communists Belarusan declared it's decision
to boycott local elections. This decision was made because representative of
the party was not included to election commission, -- informs BelaPAN.

MINSK CITY COURT DIDN'T SATISFY NEMTSOV'S CLAIM TO KGB

Minsk city court didn't change verdict of district court and didn't start civil
case on Nemtsov's claim. Leader of "Union of right power" claimed on wrongful
decision about his deportation from Belarus. It was said in claim that KGB representatives
violated law about state of foreign citizens.
We'll remind that on 23 of October of year 2002 Nemtsov, co-chairman of "Union
of right forces" Irina Hakamada, and political scientist Sergey Markov arrived
to Minsk on conference dedicated to integration of Russia and Belarus that was
organized by opposition parties.

IN ORSHA CANDIDATES LEAVE AT THEIR OWN WILL

Quantity of candidates to local councils in Orsha is reducing quickly. The main
reason is their own refusal from participation in election campaign. On latest
data of election commission 20 candidates refused from participation in elections
in last few days. Some of ex-candidates say about pressure of local authorities
on them. They are going to "make" elections in the first round. Ten more appeals
with refusals from participation in elections will be heard very soon.
