The next important divine attribute is Intelligence. It finds its expression both in the world and in ourselves.

We live in an intelligent universe. This means that the nature is for us, not against us. It is structured to support all of its creations and to provide for their various needs. In an intelligent universe, there are no needless or aimless things. Nothing is wasted. Nothing is lost, but everything serves its purpose.

At times of challenges and needs, we may confidently rely on Divine Intelligence.

We may claim that this Intelligence will guide us through all life's difficulties.

We may claim that this Intelligence will help us to find the true place in life where we belong, and where our gifts will serve the world in the best possible way.

We may claim that this Intelligence will arrange people, places, and circumstances for our growth and self-expression.

"The highest form of prayer is to open our minds and quietly realize that the one omnipresent intelligence knows our thoughts and instantly answers, even before we have audibly expressed our desires", wrote Charles Fillmore.

Realization of this divine attribute affects our physical organism. "I am wonderfully made" (Psalm 139:14), says the psalmist. It is an essential part of our self-knowledge. Our body is meant to reflect divine perfection. Nothing is omitted. Nothing is forgotten. Nothing is withheld from us. It is natural to be whole. As we affirm this truth, we activate self-healing abilities of our spirit, mind, and body.

In an intelligent universe, there are no failures, only lessons to learn. If you face apparent handicaps, setbacks, and imperfections, ask yourself what lessons they intend to bring to you. The truth concerning your current circumstances will be revealed. As Brad Jensen said, you are the answer to every "why" in your life. Being a creator of your world, you attract to yourself things you chose to go through in order to make a new step in your development. Often we are not aware of those choices, because they were made beyond the realm of our consciousness.

The same Intelligence which designed the whole world, abides in us. Therefore, we may declare:

"Intelligence of God finds its expression in me and through me. I think God-kind of thoughts, I live God-kind of life".

At times we may feel inadequate because of lack of formal education or training in certain areas. But, in truth, it cannot limit our success. While we strive to get the best possible education, we should know that it cannot guarantee our creative fulfillment. As we stay attuned to Divine Intelligence and work with divine ideas which come to our minds, we may rightfully use the knowledge we have.

The other attribute of God is Soul, and it is closely connected with Intelligence.

"Soul is the Aspect of God by virtue of which He is able to individualize Himself... Your real self, the Christ within, the spiritual man, the I Am, or the divine spark, as it is variously called, is an individualization of God. Yo are the presence of God at the point where you are. This does not, of course, mean that you are an absurd little personal God. You are an individualization of the one and only God", wrote Emmet Fox.

We mentioned that God thinks through us, but is is just one aspect of individualization. God loves through us, and this love brings a healing touch to all the world. God creates through us. We are one. All the qualities of God are our qualities.

"When you realize that you are one with God, the task becomes "Our business" instead of "my business", because God is your partner", continues Emmet Fox. And the good thing about partnership with God is that it cannot be unsuccessful!
